Researcher Terhi Takanen, Aalto University School of Business By practicing being present at work, we can relate with ourselves and others differently 16.05.2013β€˜In the hustle and bustle of everyday life, people are not open to new ways of acting; rather, we just repeat the same old patterns in a slightly different way. If we want to discover the joy of doing, of creating new ways of working, of serving clients better and of finding our work more purposeful, then practicing being present at work could be invaluable,’ says action researcher Terhi Takanen from the Aalto University School of Business.
